What packaging options are available for brush orders?
The common options are a PVC or OPP bag, a cloth zip case, a PU pouch, and a printed colour box. Bags are the cheapest and fastest; a printed box or zip case is what turns a brush into a retail product and normally raises the minimum order.
Bags
OPP and PVC bags are the standard protective pack for bulk and trade orders. They are cheap, light, and let the brush be seen. A header card or a printed label can carry the brand without a print run on the bag itself.
Cases and pouches
Cloth zip cases and PU pouches are used for sets, where the case keeps a matched set together and adds perceived value. Both can be printed or debossed, and both add to the unit cost and to the packing time.
Printed boxes
A printed colour box is a retail decision, not a protective one. It requires artwork, a print run and usually a higher minimum order, and it changes the carton dimensions for shipping. Plan it early: the box is often the item that delays a launch, not the brush.
What we need from you
Tell us the pack type, the quantity per pack, whether the pack is printed, and the barcode requirement for your market. If you are selling online, add the carton dimension limits your fulfilment partner accepts.
Common questions
Can packaging carry my logo?
Yes. Bags can take a printed label or header card; cases and boxes can be printed directly. Artwork and dieline are agreed before the print run.
Does custom packaging change the minimum order?
Usually yes. A printed box or a custom case has its own print or production minimum, which can be higher than the brush minimum.
